South Tipperary County Council Arts Service currently provides financial support to professional resource organizations, community groups and artists. The Arts Acts Grants are advertised annually. These are small grants available for voluntary and community groups planning arts activities and events that take place in the county. A recently new initiative is the Artist Bursary and Emerging Artist Award. These awards are intended to assist artists in their professional development.
